the initial primary market driver of its franchise model to now including
Company-owned branches. He comments on the philosophy behind it and how it has
impacted the company’s growth. “From the beginning our goal was to drive national
footprint and deeper market penetration. Opening Company-owned branches is a part of
that expansion strategy but also serve as a testing ground for new sales and
marketing methods that will not impact the larger franchise network.”
